Football Statistics Federation named the strongest leagues in 2019. RPL did not enter the top 20.
For the first time since 2009, the Premier League is recognized as the best league. Prior to that, the Spanish Primera had been the strongest league in the world for 10 years in a row. Russia is not included in the top 20 in the ranking and is in 26th place. In 2018, the RPL ranked 17th.
